Billing

Plans, this period's usage and how to subscribe, change plan or manage payment through Stripe.

Lander is priced to stay out of your way: plans start at $10 a month, every plan does deep linking and core analytics, and bigger plans add more traffic, longer history and deeper reports. Open Settings (the gear at the bottom of the navigation rail) and choose Billing.

Billing belongs to the organization, so the page shows usage across every project in it.

Plans

PlanPriceLink clicks a monthSDK events a month
Starter$10/mo25,000100,000
Growth$29/mo250,0001,000,000
Scale$99/mo2,000,00010,000,000
  • Link clicks are taps on your short links. Bots are excluded.
  • SDK events are opens, installs and conversions reported by the SDK.
  • Test and live traffic both count.

Features by plan

Every plan has the Flutter SDK, smart links, deferred deep linking, the hosted golander.link subdomain, live events, the link debugger, unlimited team members, test and live environments, and core analytics (clicks, opens, installs, top links, platform, country and referrer).

Each range is compared with the period before it, so the change badges on the KPI cards work for every range your plan has. Reports your plan does not include show what they would cover and which plan has them.

Features follow your subscription while it is active or Stripe is still retrying a payment. An organization that is not subscribed yet, whose first payment is not finished, or whose subscription has ended or gone unpaid has Starter features. Complimentary access has every feature.

Moving down a plan never breaks links. Custom domains you already connected keep serving links, but you cannot add new ones. Webhook endpoints are kept but nothing is sent until you move back up, and events from the meantime are not sent later; you can still edit, turn off or delete endpoints.

Limits are shown, not enforced

Going over your plan's limits does not block anything. The usage meter switches to a warning color at 80% and to red past 100%, with an "Over the plan limit" note, so you know when it is time to move up. Your links keep redirecting either way.

Usage this period

The plan card shows your current plan with a badge (Current or Not subscribed) and the period it covers, for example "Usage for Oct 1 to Oct 31 (UTC)".

  • While you have an active subscription, the period is your Stripe billing period.
  • Otherwise it is the current calendar month in UTC.

Two meters show Link clicks and SDK events used against your plan's limits. Below the card, a table splits the same numbers by Project and Mode (test or live), with Clicks and Events for each.

The Overview page shows the same plan and usage in a smaller card.

Subscribe or change plan

Only organization owners can change billing. Everyone else sees the page with the buttons turned off.

Pick a plan

Under Plans, select Choose Starter, Choose Growth or Choose Scale. If you already have a subscription, the buttons read Upgrade to or Switch to instead, and your current plan is marked Your plan.

Pay on Stripe

Lander sends you to Stripe. A new subscription goes through Stripe Checkout. A plan change on an existing subscription opens Stripe's confirmation page, which shows the prorated amount. You never end up with two subscriptions.

Come back

Stripe sends you back to the Billing page and your new plan shows straight away. If you cancel on Stripe, you see "Checkout canceled" and nothing is charged.

Manage billing

Once your organization has a Stripe customer, the plan card has a Manage billing button. It opens Stripe's customer portal, where owners can download invoices, update payment methods and cancel the subscription (it ends at the end of the period).

Banners

The top of the page shows one banner when something needs an owner's attention:

BannerWhat to do
"You are not subscribed yet, so this organization has Starter features."Pick a plan below.
"The last payment failed."Select Update payment method. Stripe retries the charge automatically.
"The first payment is not finished yet"Select Finish payment.
"Your plan is set to end on" a dateSelect Keep my plan if you changed your mind.
"Your subscription has ended."Choose a plan to keep using Lander. Your links keep redirecting meanwhile.

Nothing stops working because of billing. Redirects never depend on your subscription.

Complimentary access

Some organizations have complimentary access. Their Billing page shows an Unlimited plan with a Complimentary badge, meters without limits, and no plan picker or banners.
